Ok, so you know that Valtrex commerical where all the dirty people with herpes are talking about how they have herpes but try not to get it on their partner? There's one line where someone says they were surprised when their doctor told them that 70% of people got herpes when their partner had no signs or symptoms.
This did not surprise me. What surprised me is that it wasn't 100%. Who are the 30% of people that get into a sexual situation, realize there's something that's not quite right going on down there, and do it anyway? Who is so hard up for some love that they couldn't just move on to the next person, presumeably someone sans STD?
This leads me to believe that my initial reaction was right, and I will continue to yell "whores" at all of the people on that commercial every time I see it.
